Governor Cuomo Launches $19 Truck Voucher Incentive to Promote Electric Vehicles

The truck program will include two funds: $9 million for battery-electric vouchers offered in 30 counties the state that did not meet clean air standards, primarily New York, the Capital Region and New York; and a $10 million alternative voucher fund for New York which also includes natural gas, hybrid-electric and retrofitting diesel engines emission control devices.
