The McLaren P1 feels from any other supercar. a hybrid, and yet everything is so well you’d barely notice the motor. Rather than from the performance, it adds to it, a thrilling hit of acceleration.

It’s every day in Normal mode, in E-mode and as focused as a serious car in Race mode. Following the F1 was a gig, but McLaren has managed it.
