Here we have the most useable FULLY ELECTRIC CAR on the market today.

Used by our director for the past year this NISSAN LEAF will SAVE YOU A FORTUNE on fuel. Never pull up to a fuel pump and sigh at the prices again!

SIMPLE CHARGING; Just plug it in anywhere there is a standard 3-pin 13amp UK plug socket. Or use the RAPID CHARGE points located around the country with many in UK cities especially London and get to 80% CHARGE WITHIN 15 MINUTES. Free home charging points installed! Currently Government incentives mean you can have a safer / faster charging point installed for free at you home address (see; http://www.chargemasterplc.com/index.php/free_homecharge_offer/)

LONG RANGE; You can drive up to 109 miles on a charge, however in “normal” driving situations we have found it to be more like 70 to 80 miles on a full charge.

POWERFUL; This fully electric NISSAN LEAF drives better than a standard petrol or diesel car as the torque / power delivery is instant and can reach speeds of 100 MPH.

TECHNOLOGY; If you like your cars full of gadgets you will LOVE THE NISSAN LEAF. Nissans CARWINGS built in feature lets you control Charging, Sat Nav destinations, Climate Control + more from your I-Phone or I-Pad, (believe it also works on Android). With Rear View Camera, Satellite Navigation, Bluetooth Phone Audio connect, RSR Feeds, Huge Touch Screen, Electric Usage Monitors etc etc this is one of the most advanced cars on the market today.

SPACE; FULLY ELECTRIC cars of the past were always small, flimsy and not so safe due to the weight savings required. This is not so with the FULLY ELECTRIC NISSAN LEAF, its size is comparable to other mid size family 5 seater cars such as the Ford Focus or Volkswagen Golf. Its boot capacity is also better than that of most mid-sized family hatchbacks, as the clever people at Nissan have mounted all the high tech batteries under the floor, therefore not invading into the car’s interior space.

BATTERIES; One of the misconceptions with electric cars is that the batteries will … and you will be left with a huge bill to replace them. There is some truth in this as was the case with 100% Electric Cars of the past; however NISSAN would not put their name, or their reputation to a product that only lasted a few years! They have far too many millions of dollars invested for this to happen.

NISSAN state that the LEAFs batteries will still be at 80% power within in 5 to 10 years, and no less than 70% power at 10 years thereafter. So in real world terms that means that in 5 to 10 years of average mileage you would expect the car to only lose 15 miles from a full charge! Also NISSAN dealers can replace each individual “cell” rather than a complete “battery pack” for no more than a standard priced service on a regular car!

Don’t forget you will also be saving £££s as there is NO OIL CHANGES due on the FULLY ELECTRIC NISSAN LEAF as there is no combustion motor to service! And don’t forget NO ROAD TAX is due on FULLY ELECTRIC CARS or London Congestion charges!

So what’s the down side of running the 100% FULLY ELECTRIC NISSAN LEAF?

Well here at Hybrid Car Company we have a good reputation to up hold and we like to give our customers all the information to make a clear knowledgeable decision on the purchase of their next car, so speaking from experience here are some points to consider;

Charging via the standard basic 3 pin UK house hold plug does take an overnight charge from empty to full, about 12 hours, so it’s best to get into a routine of plugging it in when you get home and unplug it again in the morning, even if it isn’t fully depleted of electricity / charge. And you will need a driveway as you cannot trail the power cable across the public footpath.

Range; you are of course limited by the range, so if your journey is more than 1 full charge away (easily checked on the cars Range Checking Sat Nav) then you will need to find alternative transport (or a rapid charging point on route). So we have found owning this car works best for a family that has access to another car.

These really are the only 2 points that we could say need serious consideration for you to start saving £££s and running a 100% FULLY ELECTRIC NISSAN LEAF.
