Fortwo electric drive now on

Production of the new Smart Fortwo drive has begun this in Hambach, France, and sales started in Germany. This is the third-generation version of this EV, the first for mainstream sale; production runs were in numbers only for field and testing. The electric drive is now built alongside its conventionally-engined models on the same production
