2010 New Electric Car Lineups

Manufacturers that are introducing 2010 EVs include Chrysler, Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Fiat and Tesla — just to name a few.

Various worldwide manufacturers of electric vehicles (EVs) are very excited about 2010. A new high-tech, Earth-loving mentality has infected the masses — and electric cars are in higher demand than at any time ever before in history. The $106,000 Tesla Roadster has proven to the world that a full-speed, full-featured electric car can righteously compete with traditional gasoline-powered sports cars. It demonstrates a top speed of 125 miles per hour and travels from 0 to 60 in just 3.9 seconds.

It also features a 224 mile range per charge — and if you didn’t know — creates eye-popping satisfaction as well as the Chevrolet Corvette ever has.

And while not all-electric cars are as staggeringly impressive as the Tesla Roadster (nor nearly as expensive), there are getting to be more and more impressive EV options for all consumers to select from.

And of course, the Chevrolet Volt, the plug-in Ford Explorer, Saturn Vue Plug-In, and the Toyota Prius Plug-In further demonstrate the mainstream switch from gasoline-powered to EV/Hybrid vehicles. Big leaguers like Nissan and Mitsubishi say they’re on board as well.

In fact, Chrysler says it will be totally out of the gasoline-powered automotive market within seven years.

Planetwide concerns and demands for environmental responsibility — from individuals and major corporations — is reshaping the entire automotive industry. Mother Earth has dictated that people begin to take notice of her limited resources. And so a proud new environmentally-conscious world population emerges — and with it, exciting new lineups of electric vehicles amongst many major (and temporarily minor) auto manufacturers. The futures for the markets in hybrid and electric vehicles our blindingly bright. Vibrant new choices for conserving and protecting the environment with the vehicles that we drive are arriving in number.

The new electric vehicle lineups for 2010 will help to move humankind into a more fuel-efficient, sustainable future.
